Holly Cottage, Uckfield, East Sussex

In 2018 we had the pleasure of working alongside a wonderful family to construct their dream home. This consisted of a traditional Swedish exterior with extensive open plan living. From the fully bespoke kitchen with it’s bronze splashbacks to the double height first floor complete with streetlamp, this was a truly special build and one that we are proud to be part of.

Still Lane, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Working alongside a prestigious local developer, we have constructed four townhouses and six apartments, all newbuild. Using a SIP build system we have harnessed new technologies and construction methods to produce a beautiful private street of dwellings for the Tunbridge Wells market.

Pilgrims Way, Otford, Kent

This high-end development consists of a newbuild four bedroomed home and the refurbishment of an existing four bed home on the same site. These properties were specifically designed with the premium homeowner in mind and are full of luxurious details such as an entire wall of folding glass doors to enable the new homeowners to completely open up their kitchen and dining space onto their granite patio to create a new benchmark in indoor/outdoor entertaining and living.

Royal Chase, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

A large double storey extension has enabled this family home to really come into its own amongst established gardens and its location on one of Tunbridge Wells’ most recognised residential areas. Working closely with the architects we have taken a flexible approach to a design and build contract and provided logical and beneficial solutions to issues as they’ve cropped up on site.

Woodside Road, Sevenoaks, Kent

Set on a private road within the heart of Sevenoaks, this project will produce two five bedroomed homes for an award-winning local development company. This project has called for a multi-faceted collaboration between developers, design team, building control and the residents association for the road that our site is situated on. Ensuring an open channel of clear communication will be key for the success of this project and we can’t wait to be able to hand the keys over to the developers at the end of another successful completion.
