Having undertaken JCT Intermediate Contract training, we have equipped ourselves with the necessary knowledge and current legal parameters needed to confidently steer our clients towards the correct contract. We are as happy to work alongside Contract Administrators as we are to run the contract ourselves and understand that the contract is a pivotal tool to help everyone involved in the building process.
The safety of our team and clients on site is of utmost importance to us and we have invested in company-wide training to bring everyone up to a strong level of competence and safety awareness. We have an open-door policy where everyone is encouraged to speak up should they see anything unsafe on site. We regularly audit our sites and are proud to be working towards the NEBOSH national certificate in construction.
We hold Contractors All Risk and Professional Indemnity insurances to underpin any contract. Working alongside our trusted broker we are able to amend terms should an exceptional project require it.
